Congratulations to Charlene McGowan of Arlington, TX - right here in our own backyard - and our June design gallery contest winner! Charlene says it best in her own words:
“To help motivate me to stick with my healthy plan for eating this year and to lose this excess weight, I created a journal to record my weight and measurements as well as my thoughts on a “Journey to a Brand New Me”. I also created some tags with encouraging words & quotes to go with it.”
Charlene used a notebook from Staples, paper is Fancy Pants Design “Abigail” and misc ribbons, chipboard, rub on letters and eyelets
